New process for submitting request for approval for Administrative Waiver Administrative Waiver for Continued Compliance with the 2001 Washington County Stormwater Management Ordinance starts July 1, 2010
Pursuant to the Washington County Stormwater Management, Grading, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance (Anticipated Adoption Date August 2010), an Administrative Waiver for Continued Compliance with the 2001 Washington County Stormwater Management Ordinance may be granted to a preliminary plan submission reviewed by the Department of Land Development Engineering prior to May 4, 2010. All development plan submissions that have received final stormwater management and erosion and sediment control plan approval from the Washington County Division of Public Works and the Washington County Soil Conservation District prior to May 4, 2010 will be automatically granted an Administrative Waiver for Continued Compliance with the 2001 Washington County Stormwater Management Ordinance. Applicants wishing to have their development plans considered for Administrative Waiver approval must submit a Request for an Adminstrative Waiver for Continued Compliance with the 2001 Washington County Stormwater Management Ordinance to the County for review and approval. All other land development plan submissions shall follow the new Stormwater Management, Grading, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance requirements.
