The project site consists of improvements to the existing Washington County Commuter Transit Garage Facility located just north of the Intersection of West Washington Street and Devonshire Road, Hagerstown. This project involves pavement replacement, pavement repair, fence replacement on project site, and supplemental landscaping. In addition to onsite repairs and improvements, the project also includes offsite sidewalk repair and handicap accessibility retrofits on Devonshire Road in the immediate are of the project.
