John M. Martirano, County Attorney:
Attended West Virginia University and received a B.A. in
1987; attended the University of Pittsburgh and received
a J.D. in 1990. Admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 1990; admitted
to the West Virginia Bar in May 1994. Also admitted to practice before
the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the
United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
